Our Mission
Rescue. Restore. Release.
Path of Hope exists to give opportunities and long-term freedom to young women who have been affected by trafficking, teenage pregnancy, and/or sexual abuse.
These are not statistics. They are daughters — seen, known, and deeply loved by God. All girls come to us through police cases and often have active cases in court. Many arrive with nowhere to go and no one to turn to. Path of Hope opens its doors wide, offering immediate safety, medical care, counseling, skills training, basic tutoring, leisure, and nutrition — rooted in Biblical truth.

A Story of Restoration
Susan's Story
Susan came to us after being preyed upon by a man she had trusted. She arrived frightened, alone, and with nowhere to turn. At Path of Hope, she found safety — women who prayed over her, staff who told her the truth about who she was in God's eyes, and medical care for her unborn child.
Surrounded by love she had never known, Susan gave birth to her son. She named him Asher — meaning joy and blessing. Because that is what he became to her.
"He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." — Psalm 147:3
Our Home
A Place of Safety & Belonging
Our emergency shelter in Mbale is more than a building — it is a home. The walls carry scripture. The rooms carry stories. Every girl who walks through the door is welcomed, seen, and loved. She is not a case number. She is a daughter of God.
Girls receive discipleship, skills training, education, and the consistent presence of staff who believe in them. Path of Hope walks with each girl for months, even years — until her laughter returns and her future shines with dignity and hope.
